Game Meat Processing

The processing of game meat occurs over the hunting season from May to August. Wierda Park Butchery only uses the best ingredients, natural casings, quality fat to ensure a final product of superior quality.

We service the Centurion and Midstream area.

Monday – Friday 07h30 to 18h00.
Saturday 07h00 to 16h00.
Sunday 08h00 to 13h00.


  1. No meat can be accepted with the skin, head, feet, or intestines. This must be removed beforehand.
  2. Meat must be clean and free of intestinal and/or external contamination.
  3. Transport permit must be handed in together with game meat, including name, address, contact details of hunter and farm where the game was hunted.
  4. Wild hog requires a special permit and carcass must be cut up into fore ¼s and hind ¼’s.
